He was sick before the match and during a medical timeout. “Just a terrible feeling. It’s been a great tournament for me, so it’s just a bad way to not to be able physically go through the whole match.” Djokovic said in a post match interview. Even with the loss Djokovic moves up to 2nd in Mens rankings on the WTP rankings.
